Isn’t more reviewing / testing done at realise time? I’m curious to why the 
project things this way. If you want to project to grow beyond it’s current 
contributors you may need to change this. Anything setup can be changed so 
perhaps best to revisit discuss later, once the repos are moved, web site set 
up (anyone?) and people are contributing patches here.
