I added a very INITIAL list of PRs from 233 to 465 that I think are new features. This is a WORK IN PROGRESS! It's by no means finished text and will obviouslyneed a lot of refinement. At this point, I'll need to study each of those PRs in more detail to decide how the description should be worded and whether they should be moved to other sections.
