Hi,

I think that it is expected. In case of "NETDEV_LATEINIT" the "
arm_netinitialize" is not called and you need to add explicit "
stm32_ethinitialize(0);" somewhere in "*board_app_initialize()*" and wrap
it with "defined(CONFIG_NETDEV_LATEINIT)".
