Okay so looks like there are two name propositions for this new application:
1. Android System Init -> apps/android/init -> android_init (or just ainit).
2. NXInit -> apps/system/nxinit -> nxinit.

If the discussion with ideas is concluded lets just VOTE on the
mailing list so the community decides what name is best and merge the
code named as decided by the community :-) For me both approaches are
okay :-)

In order to stay compliant with
https://www.apache.org/foundation/voting vote should be in dedicated
thread marked [VOTE] prefix it should take 72h and we can receive
votes for both options, +1 0 -1 replies are possible, the one that
gets most count wins, -1 from PMC vetoes a choice unless vote update.

Jianyu Wang could you please start the voting thread and then make
summary after 72h?
