Resolution: Fixed
Some of the things in Daniel's patch have been fixed. The only thing that
hasn't been fixed is the popup calendar. There was some discussion about that -
http://www.nabble.com/New-javascript-calendar-(dojo)-t4153386.html, and we
should open a separate issue for it.
