Adrian,
the thai label change was not intentional (a side effect of my editor). I have
attached an updated patch talian_labels_1.patch.
About the uppercare/lowercase change I have found that many times in other
languages the all lowercase is used and it seems to me preferable above all in
the ecommerce, in email messages and if pdf prints to customer.
