I added these two lines to the form:
       <field name="safeAddProductToCategory.productId"
value="xxxxx"><hidden/></field>
       <field name="safeAddProductToCategory.productCategoryId"
value="yyyyy"><hidden/></field>
but I still get the same error! :-(
