Going further I found another little bug:
Using the Ajax pagination in a "multi" form with a _rowSubmit field.
Makes the "select all" checkbox in the table header disappear after a
pagination command.

I cannot show it on the demo because I do not find such kind of screen but
if needed I will better search or attach a screenshot of my local form to a
jira issue.
