Payment authorization and capture is not possible for replacement orders

Order grand total for replacement order is always set to zero. But in case of
cross-ship replacement and repair replacement, customer has to be charged. For
this purpose order payment preferences are created and payment method (credit
card) is set for such replacement orders. But authorization and capture of the
payments fails since the order grand total is set to zero.
