Please reinstate support for web store logo management in the Catalog Manager

"Components" drop-down. This is a Catalog Manager only request.

Please add back the support for managing the web store logo in the Catalog
Manager. See attached graphic. This was supported in earlier 4.x versions of
the code. There is no reason not to continue to offer it as a feature of the
Catalog Manager. This should be considered a bug as it worked fine before. A
store owner (Catalog Manager user) should not need to edit XML files,
properties files or do direct database manipulation to change the header logo.
