Hi Jacques:
Just to set the record straight...it is not done at the "Catalog" level. It is
done in the Theme. Unfortunately, there really is no such thing as the
"Catalog" level for the webstore web page header. Webstore web page headers are
set in the Catalog Manager - but this is not the same thing as "Catalog" level
settings.
