Added Opening Balance field to GlReconciliation entity. In Bank reconciliation
process it allows user to edit value of this field. Once reconciliation is
completed this field shown as read only. Added calculated field on
GlReconcilation screen to show closing balance (opening balance + reconciled
amount + running total). Updated value of closing amount on change of opening
balance field and running total field.
