Go try it now. I just did and It still doesn't work. I just tried adding
a new contact address, saving it and then hitting the "Go Back" button.

I tried locally (Rev:826585) from DemoCustomer's Profile to add an email
address and a phone number and for both the Go Back button worked. Could you
please provide an URL where you see this problem ?

Edit Contact Information form when adding a new contact:
The "Go Back" button does not link anywhere. There is no way for the User to gracefully
return to the checkout page from the Edit Contact Information page. If the "Go Back"
button is on this form, it should return the User to the location from whence they came. Else, take
the button off the page.
