Sascha your patch is in jQuery branch at r964717.

BTW, It's all great to see good progress in this branch but should we not take 
care also on the remaining bugs in the trunk related to the similar area. I 
mean OFBIZ-3746 and OFBIZ-3846. Sorry to be such a pain ;)
