Rat xsl sylesheet used in builbot scripts

Hi,

Venkat, one of the Apache OFBiz user, was kind enough to check out RAT on his local box in order to run it to avoid false positive 
we get in buildbot reports (mostly under build dirs)

He also uses Saxon and would want the Rat xsl sylesheet used in builbot scripts 
in order to get something more legible

How could we get this sylesheet?
