Also, as suggested Gavin, we can certainly do a better stylesheet. Like
grouping files by license types, filtering certain types of files (images,
etc.), etc.
With parameters on cmd line, we could have a generic stylesheet to propose to
the entire Apache comunity

  Venkat,

The idea is to generate the RAT report without the class and lib files. So
you should retry after an ant clean as suggested Jacopo. There will be far less
files to worry about

Please find attached the stylesheet, feel free to contribute a patch
back if
        you improve
On it (which wouldn't be hard, I did a basic model)

Note we use Saxon 9B, let me know if the command line used is needed.

      Thanks Gavin,

      Venkat is also using saxon9b
Let's see what we can get from it

    Gavin,

Thanks for the stylesheet. It was most helpful. I used the following
commandline

    saxonb-xslt -xsl:rat-output.xsl -o:rat-output.html -s:ofbiz11rat.html

The output file is attached. It worked beautifully.

Jacques, thank you for helping out with this.
