The csvMenuMacroLibrary.ftl cannot be found in the system. So the communication
error will be occured when exporting csv. Now I have to add a empty
csvMenuMacroLibrary.ftl under framework\widget\templates.
The error should be caused by the following code changes:
MacroScreenViewHandler.java
MenuStringRenderer menuStringRenderer = new
MacroMenuRenderer(UtilProperties.getPropertyValue("widget", getName() +
".menurenderer"), request, response);
screens.getContext().put("menuStringRenderer", menuStringRenderer);
