Summary: ShoppingCart does not show "survey" page after invalid
information is entered

To reproduce this error:
1. Create a new order for DemoCustCompany
2. Add GC-001 to the Cart
3. Select a style and amount and click "Add to Cart"
4. Click the "Submit" button
After step 4 is completed the showcart page appears. It seems like the
"survey" page should appear until valid information has been submitted.
