Description:
To reproduce this error:
1. Create a new order for DemoCustCompany
2. Add GC-001 to the Cart
3. Select a style and amount and click "Add to Cart"
4. Click the "Submit" button without entering any information in the survey
fields.
After step 4 is completed the showcart page appears with errors. It seems like
the "survey" page should appear with the errors until valid information has
been submitted. The same problem occurs when an invalid email is entered also.
