After http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=980655 we are able to create new ship groups after order creation and add new items in newly
created ship groups.
But, if I'm not wrong, we are still unable to move order items between ship
groups after order creation.
There are 2 aspects: the UI, which I expect could reuse what we have during
order creation and the service.
I propose to create a new moveOrderItemBetweenShipGroups service (at least it's
the idea for now).
Did I miss anything? Do you agree it's the way to go?
