Hi Jacques, I believe it is a valid assertion to say that after the order has been created and approved, the goods ordered are subject to changes on how, when and where they will be delivered right up to the moment they will be packed and shipped.
Such changes must be registered and must be visible to also staff in the warehousing facility (picker, packer, etc).
