I agree with Mansour: we could just keep an embedded servlet container for easy
setup (e.g. demo purposes) with zero configuration needs; by embedding Tomcat
we limit the flexibility of configuration we can achieve with a separate Tomcat
instance.
But, as I said, this is going to be a discussion for another day as it will
take time and effort and I don't even have time to think about this :-(
