Actually, the components are not really removed. They only go and stay "in the
[Attic|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBADMIN/OFBiz+Attic]";.
Another word to say that they can always be ressurected from the svn repo where
they stay indefinitivevely once removed from the trunk HEAD. I doubt someone
will put the effort for those though, but who knows...
