I wonder how that would work. At some moment in time a two track approach
is more taxing than a one track. In the past we had commit wars, with this
(two long term tracks) we get that again at a whole different (higher
level).

To be a bit sarcastic here: there are also other Business Solutions
frameworks in other Apache projects (e.g. Wicket, Cordova, others). Why
don't we also reach out to those and bind them under the OFBiz ring.

Choices need to be made. You can't have it both ways. The same goes with
moving forward vs backward compatibility.

Nevertheless, incorporating/embedding another framework is a long term
effort. That effort should definitely start/evolve in a separate branch.
But the decision whether to or not to starts needs to be made before that.

Nevertheless, there are also the concerns expressed earlier by Adrian. We
should not cast those aside without proper consideration.
