I simply changed a grid/form <service> service-name attribute from performFind
to performFindList and the listSize gets set to 20 causing the paginator not to
render since it thinks all results are being shown.
It seems performFindList isn't as compatible with form widgets as performFind
which may be worthy a separate JIRA.
