This is a container issue to have grids/forms render the same way regardless of
which service is chosen.
OFBIZ-6419 will resolve the issue that causes the listSize to be set to the
default viewSize.
FormRender.renderItemRows has a TODO note mentioning that the code needs to be
redisigned because it doesn't skip previously iterated rows won't be rendered.
Such redisign will likely be involved with the patches to resolve this issue.
