One use case could be that of a facility used as a warehouse for sales (where
the item is not serialized) and another facility used for returns and
maintenance (where the items are serialized).
But it is not a big deal for me at the moment, if you (and others) think that
adding support also at ProductFacility is not a good idea we could put it on
hold and possibly re-discuss in the future when new requirements will come.
