Hi together,

as suggested and discussed we will start with preparation for the release
of next Olingo OData 2 version.
The new version number will then be "2.0.0". According to this I deleted
the "1.3.0" version and updated each affected issue to "2.0.0".

Currently there are 7 unresolved issues with fix version "V2 1.3.0" (see
http://tinyurl.com/lhhl6gg or [1]).
@According assignee: Please take a look into and
postpone/fix/resolve/close the issue till next wednesday (2nd of july).

Release timeline/plan is:
- From now on no new issues for "1.3.0" are allowed. All new issues should
be assigned with version "V2 2.1.0"
- Code freeze next wednesday (2nd of july)
- Checks, last preparations and release at the end of next week (~ 4th of
july).

Preliminary release notes:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ReleaseNote.jspa?projectId=12314520&v
ersion=12327170
If there are no objections I will proceed with above listed timeline.

Kind regards,
Michael
