BatchResponseSerializer use platform default charset for body parts instead of
use of the {{Content-Type:A/B; charset=xyz}} as defined in [RFC1341 - Multipart
MIME|http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc1341/7_2_Multipart.html].
