This could end up as the first software project in history where there are
more people interested in writing requirements than in coding. 8-)
Also my capabilities are more in the definition phase than in writing
the software, sorry.
Just to get an overview, there are a couple of software developers on
the list; who has experience with software for OOo?
My part is just some Basic macros, that is not of so much help here,
still being a project manager myself (micro-electronics) I will do what
I can.
Better than nothing. :) I'm good in coordinating things, documentation
and creating websites. Tell me if my help is needed. Till end 2005 i was
the lead of the german OOo-CDRom-Project.
I sent an email to the two project coordinators today (Claus and Gil) to ask
them what their level of interest is in this project, and whether some work
behind the scenes has been proceeding. I'd like to avoid stepping on peoples
toes if they are still interested in driving this project. If they are
interested, they can speak up. Otherwise I'd suggest we proceed.
Which we are doing ;-)
Taht's true and it sounds very good :)
