The current way is very error prone and often confusing in figuring out the 
dependencies that needs to be spelled out for each version. With 2.x line 
changing rapidly and new modules being added frequently, I'd humbly suggest  
these scripts completely removed and instead resolve the dependencies at build 
time using maven profiles?

That leaves us with 2 scripts, oozied.sh and ooziedb.sh which improves 
usability even further. 

Thoughts?
