configure-server adds 2 dependencies:
* hadoop dependency.
* ExtJS dependency, hopefully is temporary until we have a GWT or other
apache-friendly driven web console
Should this not be part of the build?
configure-server (which does DB setup, may be tomcat setup?)
start-stop server
