This turned out to be far more difficult/complicated than I thought (also,
MAPREDUCE-4703 isn't exactly what we needed either); after talking with
Alejandro, because this is just for some tests, we'll not worry about
re-working them to work with YARN. The patch simply skips these two tests if
YARN is being used.
