On the REPLACE in Derby, found the following that would work:

On the SQL scripts, the seems to be for Oracle only. AFAIK users use
'ooziedb.sh' to create/upgrade the DB. Also, 'ooziedb.sh' can create the
scripts for your configured DB, both ugprade and create scripts. I wonder if we
should remove all the sql scripts from Apache Oozie.
