E0743 only happens in one spot, and from that I determined that it must be
having a decision node with the structures you mentioned _inside_ of a forkjoin
that's the problem. I modified my test workflow to be in a forkjoin, and then
it gave me the E0743 error. So you don't need to bother sanitizing your
workflow or posting it here.
I'll update the description shortly.
