It looks like your workflow got cutoff; it ends at a fork and doesn't have the
oldDatasetDelete action mentioned in your error message.
If you surround your workflow in either noformat or code tags, it will preserve
formatting and prevent JIRA from doing anything funny.
e.g.
{noformat}
{code:xml}
<action name="blah">
<namenode>blah</namenode>
</action>
{code}
{noformat}
will result in:
{code:xml}
<action name="blah">
<namenode>blah</namenode>
</action>
{code}
