We should reset to 0000000 after it reaches 9999999. I don't see a case where
there will be more than 9.9 million workflows and purge has not purged
workflows which might lead to conflict. The UUID format should be fixed and
should not be dynamic. Please remove DEFULT_SEQUENCE_MAX from ZKUUIDService and
hardcode it to 9999999. Unless there is really a usecase I don't see the need
to change the current UUID format.
