I will create different ticket to discuss about {{ZKUUIDService}} jobid pattern.
This is fix is needed for two reason.
1. It takes away jobid pattern dependency. In future if we decide to change
jobid pattern, we don't have to modify {{ZKJobsConcurrencyService}} class.
2. We don't have to use regex to find jobid, a simple string split will do.
