Won't this make it so that you'd have the same oozie-hadoop jar version 
regardless of which Hadoop you compiled against (and similarly for some 
others)?  We currently have "1.1.1.oozie-4.1.0-SNAPSHOT", 
"2.3.0.oozie-4.1.0-SNAPSHOT", and "0.23.5.oozie-4.1.0-SNAPSHOT" but they'll now 
just be "4.1.0-SNAPSHOT" even though they have different content; won't this be 
problematic for users trying to use these jars?  and for the maven repo?
