That seems okay, and that's a good point that we probably only need the
oozie-client jars in maven.
One thing I just noticed: the patch changes the download location of tomcat
from "downloads" to "target/downloads". I don't think we want to do that
because if you do a {{mvn clean}}, it will delete the tomcat tarball and you'd
have to re-download it.
[~tucu00], do you have any thoughts on this? It would be nice to simplify the
build and remove the hardcoded versions.
