Can you elaborate more? Do you want to drop workflow jobs, workflow and
coordinator actions based on created time (For. eg 15 days old) irrespective of
whether they are in RUNNING state. We do that internally when we drop
partitions and that cleans up many workflows which are stuck in RUNNING state
for various reasons. You cannot do that for coordinator jobs or bundle though
and they have to be based on end time.
