http://extjs.com/deploy/ext-2.2.zip redirects to
http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/ext-2.2.zip, which still works as of this moment.
Cloudera also keeps a copy here if both of those stop working:
http://archive.cloudera.com/gplextras/misc/ext-2.2.zip
I've created OOZIE-2210 to update the docs to use the sencha link.
