Overall looks good. Two things:
# Offline we discussed that it's probably fine to add the bcc arg to the
{{email}} method. Thinking about it more, I've changed my mind and I think we
should also keep the original method signature too just in case someone is
using it.
# Some of the tests use {{GreenMailUtil}} to verify that the message body was
actually received by the email server. I know you didn't make changes to all
of the tests in {{TestEmailActionExecutor}}, but I think it would be better if
more of the tests also checked if the message was actually received, and not
just the body contents, but also the other fields like to, cc, bcc, subject.
