Following things fixed:
* works on systems w/o {{md5}} but w/ {{md5sum}} (e.g. most Linux systems)
* works for old XMLLib not supporting {{xmllint --xpath}} but only {{xmllint
--shell}} and separate {{xpath}}
* different md5sum files for both {{md5}} and {{md5sum}} tools as these behave
slightly differently as per hashing algorithm, and hence, results
