This output directory is not from the user. Its from the oozie launcher and
also this is not an issue all the times, only at times its not able to clean up
this data.
Oozie ideally clears up this directory. I understand that prepare statement is
more for the user created directories.
Thats the reason I raised a bug rather than a mail on the mailing list.
