This is happening on a subsequent run(retry) and on the first run oozie was not
able to delete them. Tried to get logs around the 1st run but didn't find any
issue over there.
I found logs showing warn only on the run when it actually tries to start the
job(during launch) where the output directory is being checked.
I hadn't seen any specific pattern, but it happens only in retries.
