Attaching patch.
The patch compiles with Hadoop 3, but there are a ton of test failures because
Hive 1.2.0 does not support Hadoop 3. We would have to bump Hive up to 2.3.0,
and that would just allow the start of MiniHCat (HIVE-16081). There is no Hive
release with Hadoop 3 support: HIVE-15427
There is no Pig release with Hadoop 3 support: PIG-5253
I'd suggest either to push out this jira from 5b1 so we have more time to bump
other component versions or to incorporate these changes with a note that many
actions are not working.
