I've retriggered a job as the number of failures are alarming for a
documentation change.
I don't think the .ps1 files are well-maintained I don't think any of the
active contributors use Oozie on Windows. Maybe we should get rid of them as it
should be possible to use the shell commands with
[WSL|https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install-win10]
