Good idea [~jmakai], I'd say go for it.
If it's easier to reimplement the current pipeline (or equivalent) in GitHub
Actions for PRs, that's fine as well if it does not result in two completely
separate code base for pre-commit we have to maintain.
Anything that makes contributing easier is welcome :)
