1. I want to assign myself to a JIRA, how can I do that? Or can I work on an Issue if it isn’t assigned to me? 2. It seems that an Agile Board must be assigned to a JIRA. Is that true? If I create one, then its either Scrum or Kanban. I recommend creating Kanban since its a little looser with regards to time. I can initiate a vote if necessary.
